Our fantastic experience started at the initial contact with Simply Social. After submitting a set of customer requirements via a well thought out requirements proforma, Mel then presented us with an impressive business proposal, outlining what and how she could help our brand and the associated costs. It really felt like nothing was left to chance, and all the answers to our questions were in black and white in front of us.
We were particularly impressed with Simply Social’s insights into our potential audience, including what (and how) they would choose to engage with our brand. I saw an almost immediate increase in our engagement, and more importantly, engagements that were really relevant to our sector.
